The Mason Collective began where most of our best stories do — in the mountains. Founded on years of personal experience planning and leading ski and alpine trips, the business grew from a frustration with what mainstream travel could offer: generic packages, impersonal service, and an approach that treats extraordinary places as logistical problems to be solved rather than experiences to be crafted.
We started by doing what we knew best — planning exceptional ski and alpine travel for friends and clients who wanted more than the standard chalet holiday. A private guide here, a heli-drop day there, a restaurant reservation in Courmayeur that nobody else could get. Word spread quickly. The mountain trips became a business, and the business became something bigger: a travel house with three distinct divisions, each applying the same philosophy to a different kind of extraordinary.
As FORA-affiliated advisors, we joined a network that gave us preferred-partner access to the world's finest hotel groups — Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, Mandarin Oriental and more. That relationship transformed Mason Escapes Co. from an ambition into a serious luxury travel proposition. Mason Events Co. followed, built around a network of event contacts, hospitality partners and the same obsessive approach to detail that defines everything we do.

Every client works with one named advisor throughout the planning process. No automated systems, no call queues, no handoffs to a colleague you've never spoken to. Your advisor knows your trip inside out, is reachable by WhatsApp and takes responsibility for your experience personally.
We are deliberately small because we believe the quality of service we promise is only possible at a scale where we know every client by name. Growth will not come at the cost of that.
